CNOOC marketing co***ny, established in 2008 in Beijing, is a wholly-owned subsidiary under the China National Off-Shore Oil Corporation (¡°CNOOC¡± in short, Fortune 100 Co***ny). We¡¯re mainly in charge of the marketing and trading of refined oils and chemicals, warehouse logistics and the construction of marketing network. Our income in 2012 has broken 10.46billion Yuan.
CNOOC marketing co***ny commits itself to building a marketing system with CNOOC¡¯s characteristic. At present, we have basically formed matured marketing and logistics system which spread over PRD, Yangtze River delta and Bohai gulf. At the same time, we have set up branches in more than 20 key cites in mainland China as well as an oversea agency in H.K. area. By the end of 2012, CNOOC has 356 gas stations, 36 oil depot with the capacity of 1,040,000 m3 per unit. Moreover, we also owned ***ks, storage tanks, good yards, railways and some other storage and logistics facilities. More importantly, we hold dozens of refineries in Huizhou, Ningbo and Shandong.
